Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dawdle is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
